I am pleased to introduce you to the DELVE group of companies, a group of young energetic entrepreneurs who have started this group with their maiden venture in 2000 in form of partnership firm with starting the name DELVE (research or laborious study of documents) as DELVE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD.. This firm was started with main objectives of software development of not only software packages but also customized software, imparting computer education. This success in the software venture encouraged us to diversify into Computer Hardware and this lead to starting another firm only one years back called DELVE SYSTEMS. The firm was started to pursue our objective of diversification by acquiring, selling - leasing computer systems, networking, components, communication devices and related peripherals.
The experience, financial support and achievements of the group concerns gave us the necessary foundation to start DELVE COMPUTER ACADEMY PRIVATE LIMITED about two year ago on 20th June 1997. ( Attached : Memorandum & Articles of Association )
The main objectives to be pursued by the company are :
(a) To set up educational institutions, to impart knowledge of computer softwares, Hardware, peripherals, programming information technology and related fields.
(b) To carry on the business of design, research and development, import & export, manufacturing consultancy, buying and selling of computer software, computer systems, components, communication devices and related peripherals and IT related services.
To achieve the above objective the company has appointed qualified & experienced Team of more then 10 senior executive people capable of handling the problems at the best.
